Refund Policy

At Appz Dev Solutions, we strive to provide the best possible service. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our subscription services.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • Service failure: If we are unable to provide the service you paid for due to technical issues on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charge.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
  • Refunds requested due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Refunds for services that have been used extensively (more than 10 deployments or 100 form submissions)

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@appz.dev with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and the transaction ID from your payment receipt
  3. Provide a brief explanation for the refund request
  4. We will review your request within 2 business days
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Razorpay payments: Refunds are processed through Razorpay and will appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
  • Credit/Debit cards: Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days
  • UPI: Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days
  • Net Banking: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling your subscription will stop future charges, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us directly at support@appz.dev to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Refund for Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis if requested within the first 7 days. After 7 days, annual plan refunds are not available, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.
