Since Appz provides digital services (static site hosting and related services), there are no physical products to ship. This policy outlines how we deliver our digital services to you.
Service Delivery
Upon successful payment and account creation, you will receive immediate access to the Appz platform. Our services are delivered digitally and include:
- Account access credentials sent to your registered email address
- Immediate access to the Appz dashboard
- Ability to deploy static sites immediately
- Access to all features included in your selected plan
Delivery Timeline
Account Activation: Your account is activated immediately upon successful payment verification. You will receive an email confirmation with login credentials within 5 minutes of payment completion.
Service Availability: All services included in your plan are available immediately upon account activation. There are no waiting periods or delays.
Email Delivery
All account-related communications, including:
- Account activation confirmation
- Login credentials
- Service updates
- Billing notifications
are sent to the email address you provide during registration. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your spam folder if you don't receive our emails.
Service Access
Once your account is activated, you can:
- Access the Appz dashboard immediately
- Deploy static sites right away
- Use all features included in your plan
- Submit forms and access form submission data
Issues with Service Delivery
If you do not receive your account activation email within 15 minutes of payment, or if you experience any issues accessing your account, please contact us immediately at support@appz.dev. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
