Return & Cancellation Policy

Since Appz provides digital services (static site hosting and related services), there are no physical products to return. This policy covers subscription cancellation and account closure procedures.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Appz dashboard or by contacting us at support@appz.dev.
- Immediate cancellation: Your subscription will be canceled immediately upon request
- Access until period end: You will retain access to all services until the end of your current billing period
- No future charges: No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Auto-renewal disabled: Automatic renewal is disabled upon cancellation
Account Closure
If you wish to permanently close your account:
- Contact us at support@appz.dev with the subject "Account Closure Request"
- Provide your account email address for verification
- We will process your request within 2 business days
- All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure
Data Retention After Cancellation
After canceling your subscription:
- Your sites will remain accessible until the end of your billing period
- You can export your data at any time before account closure
- After the billing period ends, your sites will be taken offline
- Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation for recovery purposes
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted
Reactivation
If you cancel your subscription and wish to reactivate:
- You can reactivate your account at any time by subscribing again
- If reactivated within 30 days, your previous data may be recoverable
- After 30 days, you will need to set up your account from scratch
Downgrades and Upgrades
Upgrades: You can upgrade your plan at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.
Downgrades: You can downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
No Returns for Digital Services
Since we provide digital services, there are no physical products to return. All subscription cancellations are handled as described above. For refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.
