These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Appz platform and services provided by Appz Dev Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Appz platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Appz provides static site hosting services, including but not limited to:

  • Static website hosting with global CDN
  • Built-in form submission handling
  • Page speed optimization
  • WordPress to static site conversion
  • Custom domain management
  • SSL certificate provisioning

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Payment Terms: All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of any price changes.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload or host any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not use our services to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others

6. Prohibited Content

You may not host or deploy content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Is defamatory, harassing, or abusive
  • Violates privacy rights of others
  • Contains adult content without proper age verification

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload or deploy through our services.

Our Platform: The Appz platform, including its design, code, and features, is our intellectual property and protected by copyright and other laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse our services or infrastructure

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appz Dev Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appz Dev Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
